About the MLC

The Municipal Library Consortium of St. Louis County (MLC) consists of nine community libraries in St. Louis County, Missouri. Though we operate independently — our collections and policies may vary — access to one library provides access to all, including a collection of over 1.3 million titles! To apply for a library card, please visit your local municipal library.
